We offer customized preventative maintenance plans for all types of equipment including, but not limited to, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, boilers, heat pump water heaters, tankless water heaters, gas fireplaces, chillers, and much more.

A preventative maintenance plan covers a number of regularly scheduled maintenance visits each year, when a technician will thoroughly inspect your equipment, clean and test the components for proper operation. The number of visits and the list of tasks covered will depend on the age and type of equipment you have, as well as the operating conditions and usage requirements.
For a smaller preventative maintenance plan, you’ll be asked for full payment upon signing the contract. For large preventive maintenance contracts, we will arrange payment terms with you: monthly, quarterly or yearly.
